President of the Board
- A graduate of doctoral studies at the School of Social Sciences at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Postgraduate Studies in Evaluation at the University of Warsaw, and the training school of the Association of Non-Governmental Organisation Trainers (STOP). She gained her first experience in evaluation in the mid-1990s by participating in international projects.
- As the owner of Evaluation Research Laboratory and subsequently as an independent evaluator, she has evaluated over 100 projects/programmes in cooperation with public administration, universities and various institutions and non-governmental organisations operating mainly in the field of education, social assistance and social policy. In addition, she has gained experience in commissioning and supervising the evaluation process and providing consultancy in this area. She is the author and implementer of several dozen training courses and courses on evaluation (over 1,900 hours in total), coordinator and co-author of the PES remote training courses.

- Development projects, drafting Evaluation Standards, describing evaluator qualifications and the PTE Strategic Plan, as well as organising Evaluation Congresses.
- Educational and training projects and evaluation conferences organised by MFiPR/PARP, Marshal's Offices, as well as local government and academic circles.
- International initiatives – for 10 years he has been working for NESE, including participation in projects funded by the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG), EvalPartners and the International Organisation for Cooperation in Evaluation (“Assessment of the Current State of Democracy, Human Rights and Governance Evaluation in Europe”, “Strengthening VOPEs’ capacities in Europe: A practical approach for streamlining the evaluation of Key Horizontal Principles”), participation in the Regional Consultation in Eurasia Eval4Action Campaign (UN Population Fund Evaluation Office, EvalYouth Global Network and Global Parliamentarians Forum for Evaluation, participation in EES conferences,
- Preparation of numerous publications on the subject of evaluation, including those published in cooperation with PTE (e.g. chapters [in:] Boufounou P., V., Ioannou, D. (eds.). The Political Economy of Evaluation in Greece. Interdisciplinary Perspectives for an Inclusive, Forward-looking Evaluation (2024); Palgrave Macmillan; Stockmann R., Meyer W., Taube L. (eds.). The Institutionalisation of Evaluation in Europe (2020). Palgrave Macmillan; Ciężka B., Rybińska A. (eds.). Evaluation in educational activities (2020). - She is committed to continuing the educational (including training) and research activities of the PES, promoting and popularising evaluation, as well as developing domestic and international cooperation and strengthening the potential of the Society. It wishes to contribute to further increasing the activity of PES members, promoting the organisation's brand more effectively, and strengthening cooperation and consolidation within the evaluation community. These activities will be supported by the continuation and undertaking of new tasks specified in the PES Strategic Plan, which will be implemented in a participatory spirit, with the active involvement of all willing members.
