She has been involved in evaluation since 1995. She has experience in implementing research and evaluation projects conducted, among others, for the European Commission, public administration, non-governmental organisations and the private sector. She specialises in issues related to education, the labour market, the implementation of development programmes and activities aimed at improving the quality of institutions and organisations. She is a co-author of systemic solutions in the area of quality assurance and evaluation in education.
She is the author of training programmes in the field of evaluation and has implemented many of them. She was also a long-time lecturer at various universities, including postgraduate studies in evaluation at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Warsaw and at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is the author of training scenarios, materials and publications on evaluation, mainly in the field of education.
