Sociologist, graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw.
She has been professionally involved in evaluation since 2004 as an evaluation researcher. She designs and implements evaluations of programmes co-financed by the EU, mainly on behalf of public administration: pre-accession (Phare) programmes, as well as all cohesion policy perspectives since 2004. Since 2007, she has been associated with the consulting and research company EVALU sp. z o.o., where she holds the position of research manager. She conducts research in various areas: social issues (social exclusion, education, health and others), regional development, quality of management and implementation of projects and programmes (including project evaluation criteria, monitoring system, impact assessment, etc.), human resources development, infrastructure, transport and the environment.
