She graduated in international relations and African studies from the University of Warsaw, and also completed master's and doctoral studies in sociology at the School of Social Sciences at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She is an experienced project coordinator, particularly in the field of development cooperation and democracy support in various countries around the world, including Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Senegal and Ukraine, as well as supporting refugees in Poland (mainly from Ukraine).

She also has experience in monitoring and evaluating projects implemented in various countries around the world and in Poland, targeting refugees and migrants.

She is a member of PES and NGO Trainers’ Association.

At PES, she develops activities in the area of monitoring and evaluation of projects/programmes in the field of humanitarian aid and development cooperation (with a particular focus on support for Ukraine) and supporting refugees and migrants residing in Poland. She is the author of numerous grant applications, including those concerning support in the area of monitoring and evaluation of organisations operating in the field of development cooperation and migration. At the Society, she is also responsible for internal communication, preparing and distributing the PES newsletter to members.
