he has been a member of the Polish Evaluation Society since 2006, participating, among other things,

in the development of the pioneering ‘Evaluation Standards’ published by the PTE in 2008, as well as acting as a moderator at the Evaluation Congress in 2021. She was a member of the team responsible for developing the PTE's Guiding Principles.

She values the saying: ‘Better is the enemy of good’ – and she follows this principle in the Audit Committee, maintaining good and proven practices, while listening to the voices of PTE members in order to modify the Committee's activities on an ongoing basis, if necessary.

She has practical experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research, participating in tenders in the field of evaluation and process analysis. For over 17 years, she has been conducting external evaluations in the following programmes: the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) for higher education, Erasmus Plus 2021-2027 – in the education and vocational training sector, as well as Regional Operational Programmes for local governments – ROP and the Fund for Non-Governmental Organisations – FOP/Centre for Civil Society Development (since the first editions).

She is the co-author of publications, including in the field of Regional Operational Programmes: ‘Transparent Structural Funds: monitoring the distribution of EU funds at the regional level and promoting best practices and standards’, 2009.

She completed the Approved Compliance Officer (ACO) qualification course at Viadrina University, Compliance Institute, 2016, Frankfurt (Oder), and Postgraduate Studies – Evaluation of EU-funded programmes and projects at the University of Warsaw, Institute of Applied Social Sciences/Institute for Research and Education in Higher Education, 2006-2007.

He has a degree in public administration – University of Administrative Sciences, Speyer, Germany, and in German and Slavic Philology, University of Warsaw and Karl Eberhardt University, Tübingen, Germany.
