She holds Phd in Humanities. She has been involved in evaluation since 1997 and is a founding member of PES. She conducts research in the field of education, private enterprise and ESF projects, both as a member of research teams and as a research manager. Co-author of numerous research reports. She has carried out evaluations on behalf of, among others, the Central Examination Board, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Supreme Audit Office and universities. She served as an expert in the Evaluation Steering Group at the Ministry of Regional Development and reviewed evaluation reports on behalf of the Human Resources Development Centre at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. She also supervised the evaluation of EU-funded projects as a representative of the contracting authority. Author of numerous articles on evaluation and papers presented at national and international conferences, including co-author of a paper presented in Jordan as part of the WORKSHOP ON QUALITY ASSURANCE OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS EDUCATION entitled Her interests in the field of evaluation include the triangulation approach, qualitative methods, case studies, qualitative data analysis, as well as the development and evaluation of evaluation reports. She conducts training activities and classes for postgraduate students. At PES, she co-runs remote training courses and workshops.
