Evaluator and public policy analyst with over 20 years of experience. Graduate of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies in project management and data engineering and analysis (Warsaw School of Economics) as well as public procurement (Kozminski University). Author of numerous articles and studies in the field of evaluation research methodology. He has extensive experience gained on the side of contractors as well as institutions commissioning evaluations. Member of the Management Board (2008-2010) and President of the Management Board of PES (2010-2014). Currently associated with the Analysis and Strategy Department of Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, where he is responsible for the design and evaluation of pilot programmes. He also acts as an expert for the evaluation of the National Reading Development Programme 2.0 (National Centre for Culture).
